Practice Management Virtual Roundtables for Design Professionals

OVERVIEW

More than many other service providers, design professionals tend to closely guard knowledge and intellectual capital gained over many years of practice. Amidst intense competition, firms fear losing an important edge. This reluctance to share information and collaborate with colleagues constrains our capacity to improve and to elevate our profession.

Strogoff Consulting’s Virtual Roundtables meet six times a year (90 minutes each session), providing an engaging forum for firm leaders in a secure online setting. Each Roundtable group builds on the insights and experience of 10 - 12  leaders carefully selected from non-competing firms of similar size and complexity. As a member of a tightly knit group, you will share knowledge and resources, build confidential relationships with like-minded practitioners, exchange practice management resources and learn from others in a facilitated setting.
