KAREN KAUH

OWNERSHIP TRANSITIONS ADVISOR

Karen Kauh works closely with Michael Strogoff  in guiding ownership transitions with design professionals for both internal transitions and external mergers and acquisitions, with a specialty in valuations.  With a background as a CPA, Karen brings a strong understanding of accounting and financial transactions.  

Karen is known for her collaboration and problem solving skills, her tenacity and her ability to simultaneously see the big picture and the myriad details needed to reach strategic solutions. 

Prior to joining Strogoff Consulting, Karen spent over 20 years in banking and commercial finance, analyzing and valuing commercial companies and real estate to underwrite commercial loans.  Beginning her career with First Interstate Bank, she managed internal auditing for multiple banking functions with an emphasis in commercial lending.  She also held senior positions at Bridger Commercial Funding, Wells Fargo Bank and First Interstate. Karen holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
