Graham Baba Architects, a vibrant Seattle architecture firm recognized for the successful place-making of commercial, residential and arts spaces, elevates three key employees to Partners. Co-founders Jim Graham and Brett Baba welcomed two senior architects as equity Partners. Brian Jonas and Maureen O’Leary have made significant contributions to the firm and will now help lead the firm into the future. With its expanded ownership team, Graham Baba Architects is better positioned to expand its leadership in sustainable design and high performance buildings.
In collaboration with Cameron MacAllister Group and a team of attorneys and accountants, Strogoff Consulting worked closely with Graham Baba Architects to refine a transition framework, provide objective advice to the incoming owners; coordinate input from the firm's legal and accounting advisors; and facilitating discussions between Jim Graham, Brett Baba and the new partners.
