Lutsko Associates elevates a key leader to an equity Principal as part of a strategy to position the firm for ongoing prosperity and enable the Founder to focus on design and business development.

Strogoff Consulting collaborated with Lutsko Associates to develop an ownership transition framework including a valuation methodology and decision making framework. its valuation and cash flow scenarios and testing the framework for long-term financial sustainability. Michael Strogoff and Karen Kauh provided input to the firm's attorney on a Shareholders Agreement and purchase agreements, and collaborated with the firm's outside accountant on tax implications.
