In their new roles, the duo will continue the firm's growth, expanding services into new market sectors while mentoring staff and improving operational efficiency and project management standards.

Strogoff Consulting worked closely with JLA to develop an Ownership and Leadership Transition framework that brings together the interests of the current principals and the new leaders. Services included developing a valuation, crafting a set of ownership guidelines and attractive buy-in options; coordinating input from the firm's legal and accounting advisors; and facilitating an implementation plan.
