Sacramento-based Foothill Associates, an environmental consulting, landscape architecture and planning firm, becomes part of HELIX Environmental Planning.  Foothill’s regulatory specialists, biologists, botanists, wetland scientists, planners, landscape architects, certified arborists, GIS specialists, and graphic designers bolster HELIX’s biology, regulatory compliance, Geographic Information System (GIS), and California environmental Quality Act (CEQA)/ National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) capabilities.

“HELIX has been providing environmental consulting and natural resource sustainability services in California for more than 27 years,” said Mike Schwerin, CEO of HELIX. “We are thrilled to be joined by a team that shares our values and commitment to provide a positive and family-oriented work environment for employees, and high-quality service for our clients.”

Strogoff Consulting worked closely with Foothill Associates to identify firms and negotiate the final framework.  Michael served as the primary contact between the firms’ team of attorneys, accountants and principals involved throughout the process.
